All companies have already been or will be subject to a social inspection (by the Welfare at Work Inspectorate, the NSSO Inspectorate and/or the Social Law Inspectorate) in order to verify that they comply with their obligations in terms of well-being at work, social security or, more broadly, employment law.
As lawyers, our role is preventive, by preparing our clients for this type of inspection, but also curative, by assisting them during a control and in particular during hearings.
As we are familiar with the “hobby-horses” of the inspection services, we can easily identify the risks and propose concrete solutions to solve them.
