Working schedules and on-call duties

Our expertise extends to all issues related to working schedules and working time of contractual agents and civil servants.

We provide concrete solutions to our clients on working time issues such as:

  • The possibilities of flexibility in working hours (flexible hours, floating hours, etc.);
  • The consequences of overtime work (compensatory time off, premiums, etc.) ;
  • The possibility of working at night, in shifts, at weekends, on Sundays and public holidays;
  • Changes in working schedules (part-time, full-time, etc.) and the introduction of new working schedules;
  • Remuneration for on-call time or travel time between home and work.

In this context, our practice focuses on both the law of 16 March 1971 and the law of 14 December 2000.
