- The implementation of alternative forms of remuneration within the administration;
- The (para)fiscal consequences of the introduction of benefits in kind;
- The procedure to be followed when modifying, removing or including remuneration elements in the agents’ salary package;
- The consequences in terms of employer’s costs and net if certain benefits or bonuses are granted;
- Benefit of unemployment allowances and mutual insurance;
- Social security disputes with the NSSO.
