• The procedure for establishing or amending the statutes (administrative statute, pecuniary statute, leave regulation, work rules, etc.);
• The repartition of competences between negotiation and consultation committees;
• The prerogatives of trade union organisations and trade union delegates (trade union meetings on the administration’s premises, trade union leave, etc.);
• Protection of trade union delegates;
• Procedures in case of a strike or blockage.

We also assist public employers in their negotiations with trade unions.
