As we look back on this incredible journey, we can’t help but reflect on the challenges we faced and the growth we have experienced since we embarked on this thrilling adventure.
Exactly one year ago, the four of us took a leap of faith, leaving a big law firm where we had developed our skills for nearly a decade. We knew deep down in our hearts that it was time to forge our own path, to build a boutique firm that focused exclusively on the needs of employers and employees in the complex area of HR and employment law.
Starting from scratch was undoubtedly a massive task. As we navigated uncharted waters, we encountered the exciting challenge of creating our brand identity and market presence, reaching out to clients and building a robust network from the start.
Today, as we celebrate our first anniversary, we want to express our deepest gratitude to our clients, family, friends and all those who have believed in us and entrusted us with their legal matters.
