Delphine Castermans

Attorney

Profile

I am a lawyer since 2018. I started my career in a multidisciplinary law firm, before joining a law firm specialised in business law. With this experience, I joined Yelaw at the end of 2025 with the aim of continuing my career within a passionate, young, and dynamic team.

What defines me:

Listening skills and rigour are at the core of my practice. I always strive to find the most effective and tailored solution to serve clients’ best interests.

I am passionate about employment law, with its subtle balance between technical complexity and human and casuistic dimension.

Fan of imagination and escape moments, I never say no to a board game evening with friends or reading a good book by the fire.

What my colleagues say about me:

#caring #spontaneous #passionate #solutionminded
